Daily Maud #175

This blinking Maud represents the avant garde side of the how the universe is.
Everything you ever thought was true is in fact, a lie.
And you should now proceed to panic hysterically.

What is the word, my herd?

Giant plush Maud is awaiting your hugs and cuddles.

Well...what are you waiting for? :)

Daily Maud #174

Ever the introvert

She ponders the world

the Earth, the soil, the minerals

Depth, mystery

What's up everyone?

Thought we'd start the day off with some poetry ^^

Nightly Maud #173

Sorry, been on a real Beatles kick as of late.

It's just sooooo awesome.

Now, in accordance to how the actual Abbey Road is, I'd put these ponies in different places based on personality.

Pinkie is the only one in the right place (Ringo). She's a drummer in the EqG universe and just so bizarre.

Limestone I'd put in John's spot due to her interesting character and narrow view on how to run her passions.

Marble in George's spot...because...quiet.

And last but not least, Maud in Paul's place. She's definitely in it for the pure discovery of how to make wonderful music (in the field of study).

Beatles, am I right?

You guys ready?

*smashes *

Yeah, that's right!

*high fives you*

Maud:"I did 99 percent of that work."

...

*fist bumps Maud*

Let's tackle this week hard everyone!

Got any plans?

Beautiful.

(Wants to make Captain Planet reference)

Uhh...this piece has a lot of...HEART!

(perfect.)

Maud is appreciating this wonderful gift and the many others given to her over the years.

How lovely :)

Hiya!

How's the evenin' for y'all?

Daily Maud #172

How extravagant!

This kind of piece just makes you feel good.

The family all together, smiling warmly.

They know things are good.

Y'all ready for today?

This would be pretty neat just to hang somewhere in your house.

Especially if you had an eye for casual decoration on your wall.

Shadowbox art is pretty cool as well. The depth characteristic is neat to observe.

What do you think of decorating your crib?

Time for another day of exploration for Maud Pie!

She's got some supplies, some nice music to listen to and a map.

Wonder what she'll discover today?

Mornin' everyone.

How are things?

Nightly Maud #170

https://derpibooru.org/1016784

Superman~

I'm ready for the MLP/Iron Giant Crossover...what, they can't do that?

Well, why not?

Look at this piece. The comedy writes itself!

But in all seriousness, this movie is soooooo good. Like really good. Just so wholesome and wonderful. Check it out if you get the chance. You won't regret it?

Where's the Giant Mansley?

Morning! Today's forecast calls for blue skies~

Hi everyone! When's the last time you went outside on a nice day off and enjoyed some lovely weather? It'd make you happy. You know it would ;)

Pizza in the afternoon?

You kiddin'?

That made this pretty day here even more wonderful!

Yo, yo, yo.

What's good?

Nightly Maud #169

(This miiiiiiight rival Rarity's crazy solo)

When making these, (or working on a paper...or just working around the house in general) I like to listen to music. There's probably some science mumbo jumbo that could be said about the brain's reaction to how music effects your work...but I don't want to bore you.

(Enigma is currently listening to Frankenstein by Edgar Winter Group)

Hey everyone.

Played any good instruments lately?

Way to go Maud. You're concerned for you friend and that's how it should be :)
Hope Boulder was alright from that rude pony not watching where she was going.
Hopefully his luck will turn soon.

Hi there.
How are you?

Nightly Maud #168

A little birdie told me that yesterday was Twilight Day!
Woo Purple Smart!

These two haven't interacted as much in the show.
Hmmm...that's actually a bit of an interesting thought.
The notion of how characters that we don't see as much together would get along in theory.
Kinda like in the season 6 finale.
Just a big jumble of weird characters uniting to fight evil.

Sup my dudes?
Any weird character combination you'd like to see?

(Hey, y'all remember when I used this pic? Hehe.)

Hey all!
Today, Enigma and I decided to get into the creative mood and draw Maud ourselves in her honor. Look below for our arts!

Daily Maud #168

Maud? Why?

You know that blender can't handle the sheer hardness of Boulder.

Will it blend?

(Apparently not...)

Nightly Maud #167

http://marenlicious.deviantart.com/art/Pie-sisters-574999873

Eeeee!~ The Pie family is so adorable, I love it. Limestone especially. *squee*

Maud up there I think symbolizes the metaphor of her being the puppeteer behind the whole family and possibly the show

How's it going tonight?

So how are you guys doing today?

Nightly Maud #165

Wut?

(Sorry about this post, it's been a long week...)

Daily Maud #165

Pretty cover.

This is one of those variants that had nothing to do with the issue inside, but the artists did it for the sake of the collectors (and the Maud fans).

You guys like comics?

Nightly Maud #164

http://mrasianhappydude.deviantart.com/art/The-Word-of-Maud-443007542

Huh.

You know that theory that started to float around when Thorax (Steve) was introduced?

You know, the one that if Thorax could turn into a rock, so could Boulder.

Maybe that's what we've got here.

Boulder transforming into a Pinkie.

Or maybe Pinkie just got into some poison joke.

Hmmm...

Evenin' everyone!

How was your day?

Daily Maud #164

Artist is Jonfawkes on DA

More often than not, there are references I don't get.

This is one of those instances where I have no clue what this could be a crossover with....but that is a pretty sweet outfit for both pony and human Maud.

It's kind of like an upgrade to her outfit already.

Tis cute.

Hi everyone!

How is your morning goin'?

Nightly Maud #163

https://derpibooru.org/965863

Dude...I already had mighty respect for folks with ink, but this just takes it to a whole new level.

Like, that's some serious commitment.

In addition to a sweet Maud tat, this guy's got Sweetie B. , DJ and Sonata's cutie mark up there.

That's pretty awesome.

He's gonna have ponies with him for the rest of his life :)

Sup people?

What's your opinion on decorating yourself permanently?

Daily Maud #163

https://derpibooru.org/1051726

Fillies and Gentlecolts,

I present to you perhaps the most savage moment in the entire show in a cool, comic-like style.

Maud sure was a way with words.

With lines like,

"It doesn't talk, it's a dress"

or

"Only if I had a mirror" (in response to "Any chance you could see yourself with it?")

Seriously, I feel like Maud could do more damage with her words than her strength if she wanted.

Heya everyone.

Any favorite Maud moments?

Nightly Maud #162

http://liliumena.deviantart.com/art/that-one-episode-575052814

Sooooooo cool.

Seriously, the art is crazy amazing!

Warrior ponies.

A vision of a very different Equestria.

Hey everyone.

What are you up to?

Daily Maud #162

https://derpibooru.org/902923

Come Sail Away

Come Sail Away

Come Sail Away with Maud~

(That moment when you become a raft.)

Hey everyone!

What up?

Nightly Maud #161

http://foudubulbe.deviantart.com/art/Big-Rock-Artist-Training-Ground-695599817

Hey folks!

Artist Training Ground is back on EqD and you know what that means!

More Maud art!

It's always an exciting time to see all the new pieces flourish from artists young and old.

(I'm even participating this year ^^)

How is everyone this evening?

Maud Monday #29 / Rock Facts #3

https://derpibooru.org/1498779

At the time I'm making this post, it's about 2 in the morning why do I do this to myself

Anyways, today we're gonna talk about birthstones! I'm just gonna sum up what they are real quick then talk about different types and such. See below the break!

Daily Maud #161

https://derpibooru.org/1378534

Duh nuh nuh nuh nuh.

Maud's got her sunglasses on again, but she's not wearing them at night, nor is she on her way to the Elton John concert.

No....she's.....The Maudinator.

If you don't give her what she wants...she'll be back.

Hey folks.

Like the Terminator movies?

Nightly Maud #160

https://derpibooru.org/661890

Aww, even Anon can't resist the cute temptation of the Pie fillies. So adorable~

Shhh, guys... they're sleeping. Don't disturb them. :3

How are you all tonight?

Daily Maud #160

http://bobdude0.tumblr.com/image/163525125703

Tom seems like the type of guy to lean on ponies' backs too much. I don't think Maud wants to carry his weight anymore. He's as stubborn as a rock.

...I apologize.

Such a cute image though. I bet Maud loves carrying rocks, just, y'know... by her own will. Tom should leave her alone, lol.

As for me, the concert was a blast. I'm currently still sore as I'm making this post on Saturday night, but it was worth it for such an amazing show. Pop punk isn't dead! (I guess)

How were your weekends?

Nightly Maud #159

http://maud-pie-fanclub.deviantart.com/art/Maud-Pie-Plush-660663083

Ahh. The sun sets on another beautiful day.

This outfit is adorable and suits Maud extremely well. She's even got pretty socks on.

Must be going to a late night sock hop :)

Hey everyone.

How's your Saturday?

Daily Maud #159

https://derpibooru.org/1118320

This is an Emergency Broadcast Maud brought to you by Enigma.

Hmmm....an interesting trio here.

The strong one, the magical one and the quiet one.

As much as you, me and everyone else loves Maud, it'd be cool to see some of the other Pie Sisters get some more love in the show.

There's always so much potential from the expansive variety of characters in the MLP universe.

Hey folks.

Marble and Limey are cool, yeah?

Nightly Maud #158

https://derpibooru.org/1469897

So recently Wonder Woman 2 was confirmed for a late 2019 release.

This is super exciting news considering this summer's blocker buster (Wonder Woman) killed it.

DC really knocked out of the park with this portrayal of perhaps the most influential female in comics.

Oh, and Maud as Wonder Woman is, like, the coolest thing ever.

Hey everyone. See any good movies as of late?

Daily Maud #158

*boops mic*

"Is this thing on?"

Hehe

Upon the first few listens to Maud's graduation, I thought she said, "I'm Maud...hi." Turns out she was saying, "I'm Maud...Pie."

"Hi" just sounds so much more hilarious as a whole speech. So the headcanon will be that she said "Hi".

Hi everyone. Whassup?

Nightly Maud #157

http://kindlypony.deviantart.com/art/Maud-Pie-633010897

Hey folks.

Tonight's header is brought to you by a very special and awesome friend in our community, Kindly!

He's got plenty of other sweet pieces, so check those out :)

Ahh, the simple phrases. Maud may not say a lot or be full of otherworldly phrases, but you gotta take what she says to heart. It might sound simple, but it's powerful.

Yo.

You.

You rock.

Daily Maud #157

Art comes in many forms. This huge rock here, just nature's art.
Perhaps something like this could make you feel so small in comparison to everything else. Like you're just a blip on the radar and life is about so much more.

Or maybe it's just a big freakin' rock that looks cool.
*shrug*

Hey folks. Seen any cool art recently?

Nightly Maud #156

Screen-cap from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYFAp4TSb00

"Fashion should reflect one's inner beauty and style."

You heard it right from Ponyville's most fashion forward pony, Rarity. I'd say after calling Maud's frock delightful that it's definitely a fashion DO!

Hey folks. What kind of clothes best compliment you?

(I'm a T-shirt and shorts kind of dude. Nothing too complicated ^^)

Daily Maud #156

http://dstears.tumblr.com/post/153536832051/pinkie-pie-and-her-sisters-playing-some-pirate

It would appear as if it's game night for the Pie Sisters.

How fun!

They even got costumes and everything!

That's some dedication right there.

Of course Maud has a rock parrot. Wonder if it's one of Boulder's cousins.

Parrot head...

Hey folks! Play any fun games as of late?

Nightly Maud #155

http://d-sixzey.deviantart.com/art/Maudwayne-Johnson-495096396

After 3 boring minutes, the Maud says, "Rock and roll and shut your mouth!"

The Maud is gonna get some rocks put those sons-a-basalt on a string and make a candy necklace!

"How dare you little Ja-Brony come on the Maud's site and not even have the class to introduce yourself. What is your name?"

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR NAME IS!

Gosh I'm the worst.
How is everyone here?

Daily Maud #155

https://www.derpibooru.org/834271

Well then...

That's a neat trick :)

I mean, if Pinkie can transform her hair to be like Maud's style, why can't Maud change her hair to be Pinkie-like?

Maud however, manages to one-up her sister, cause she can change the color as well :o

Hey folks. How are you?

Nightly Maud #154

http://yikomega.deviantart.com/art/Maud-Pie-440860555

This would make a cute button on a backpack or a jacket. Just a little, tiny Maud with some rocks.

Simply adorable :)

How is everyone tonight?

Maud Monday #28 / Rock Facts #2

http://ncmares.deviantart.com/art/Maud-n-Boulder-668894254

Hey guys! Today, we're gonna be talking about the history of pet rocks (such as Boulder)!

Daily Maud #154

http://symbianl.deviantart.com/art/Juggling-with-Pinkie-Pie-694034607

Good Celestia! I've heard about this!

Pony Juggling!

That's actually a skill (regular juggling) I'd like to learn in my life time. It wouldn't hurt to know it in  the performing world.

Hey folks. Juggling is cool, right?

Nightly Maud #153

http://woollily.deviantart.com/art/Starlight-and-Maud-693226518

Once again, Maud and Starlight are just some of the cutest of friends. Eeeee~

I also love how Maud's eating a, what, rock cream cone? It's a nice characteristic touch and it's also pretty amusing. I hope she's enjoying that cone. Spike might like it too, hehe.

What's your favorite ice cream flavor, I guess?

Also, how are you all doing tonight?

Daily Maud #153

https://derpibooru.org/1491207

Eeeee, what an adorable little Maud sitting on the wall~

Just don't fall! I'm sure she's careful enough, though. We needn't worry. :)

How are you all this fine Sunday?

Nightly Maud #152

http://danmakuman.deviantart.com/art/Commission-Power-Ranger-Maud-693824225

Go go Power Maud Pie~

Maud has a very recognizable character. Maybe it's a bit archetypal, but it's an archetype I can get behind. Quiet, stoic, and still as a rock, yet strong, fierce, and deadly. I like it.

How are you all doing tonight? :)

Daily Maud #152

https://askthegraphitesketch.tumblr.com/post/111068893007/getting-ready-for-ponyconau-wips-of-a-few-new

Nothing much cuter than a Maud cuddling a rock. <3

Hey, is that Tom? Boulder might get jealous. Hehe.

How are you all doing today? Ready for another weekend? I'm excited because I'm gonna see All Time Low in concert this Friday. It's gonna be awesome~

(Also, be sure to watch The Emoji Movie on July 28th quality stuff definitely I don't want to die)
