Little did you know, Maud did socialize a bit at the Grand Galloping Gala and got to meet Tree Hugger. It was kind of hard not to notice the hippie pony, y'know, Discord only outed her in front of the whole area.
These two would probably have one of those 'unlikely friends' connections.
