It's amazing the detail folks can get into with something as simple as a few pens. I've seen pen art pieces before in museum sets before because they're so impressive.
Also, cool and hot colors. These really do match the sisters here. Pinkie's almost never dying red is a sign of her explosive energy and Maud's blue suits her well, because she's usually pretty chill.
